The Sierra Leone's Consulate Planning Office in Finland is poised to bolster foreign trade between Sierra Leone, Finland (Scandinavia/Nordic) and other western countries in the best interest of our beloved Mama Salone.

This year's forum will be an historic milestone in the foreign direct investment trajectory of Sierra Leone as it creates the space for numerous large companies owners, investors, entrepreneurs and government authorities from Sierra Leone, Finland, Sweden, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Hungary, Estonia, Ghana, France, USA and Norway to converge in Helsinki, Finland with the singular focus of positively impacting the foreign direct investment in Sierra Leone which will set the stage for job creation and poverty alleviation through Public Private Partnership approach.

However, participating companies owners will be privileged to (a) sign business agreement for some contracts that are already gained awaiting services and goods deliverers in the following countries Sierra Leone (the focal country), Liberia, Guinea Conakry, DR Congo, Gabon, Nigeria and the Gambia, (b) match with other potential partners for possible investment and (c) acquire the necessary support to apply for the Finnpartnership grant of 75% of the company's total capital once the technologies and or services are gearing towards Sierra Leone (designed for Finnish companies or other companies abroad with at least 20% Finnish involvement).

Giving the above,  our office has decided to dub this year's forum as the "SIERRA LEONE/FINLAND INVESTMENT FORUM  - HELSINKI ACCORD".
