Former Vice President of The Gambia. H.E ANM Ousainou Darboe announced yesterday, October 25, 2025, during a press conference, that he has become the first Gambian leader to receive a global award in Finland and across the entire Nordic region. He also shared that he is among the first few global leaders to be honored with the Legacy Award under the Prestigious Global Awards , hosted by Ceci Educare Oy
