Cecilia Naadensua Quarshie is a distinguished education leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist based in Finland. She is the founder and CEO of Ceci Educare Oy, a company established in 2022 with its headquarters in Espoo, Finland, and a branch, Ceci Educare Filial, in Stockholm, Sweden. The company offers accredited CPD professional master class courses, business summits, education tours, internships, counseling services, global award ceremonies, and business consultations.


On 22.03.2025 she was unveiled & inaugurated as an Ambassador and appointed as the Deputy Country Director of Finland and a Special Emissary with the International Society of Diplomats. 


In January 2024, Cecilia launched the Finland Academy of International Business, providing 5 Professional UK Accredited Programs and various capacity-building courses. Her leadership roles have included positions as a regional coordinator for six Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) centers in Finland and as the ECEC Director and Manager at Touhula Starlight, where she was notably the only African among 180 directors in the country.


Cecilia Naadensua Quarshie is the visionary behind Finland’s Global Prestigious Award Ceremony & Global Business Summit, a pioneering event that brings together high-profile representatives, celebrities, stakeholders, investors, and successful entrepreneurs under one roof. This prestigious gathering serves as a platform for celebrating excellence, fostering international business connections, and recognizing outstanding achievements in various fields.


Through this initiative, Cecilia has positioned Finland as a key hub for global networking, investment opportunities, and cross-industry collaboration. Her leadership in organizing such a grand event further cements her reputation as a trailblazer in international business, education, and entrepreneurship.


Beyond her professional endeavors, Cecilia is a published poet, with works including “Mysteries of a Virgin’s Agony” and “My Diary Poetry of Hope, Despair & Freedom.” Her philanthropic efforts are evident through her support of various communities; notably, during a visit to Malawi in November 2024, she donated supplies to the Kawale Orphanage in Lilongwe.


Cecilia’s contributions have been recognized globally. In November 2024, she received the Nina Meyernorf leadership award in Virginia, USA, acknowledging her as the first African to launch and operate UK-accredited professional courses in Finland.


Now, she is also running in the Finnish municipal elections for the first time. Not because she always dreamed of politics, but because she believes in changing the narrative of what migrants can and can’t do. Whether we speak fluent Finnish or not, we can make a difference. If she can help carve out a path for the next generation to dream big, then it’s worth it.”
