Monetary Requirements :
Initial fees (Application fees, Processing fees, Agent fee etc) 400 euros (non refundable)
Deposit for accommodation in a studio apartment (2 months) 700 euros (refundable in case of visa refusal)
Internship processing fee (50% refundable if there is a visa refusal ) 700 euros
Total fee to be paid : 2,000
Please note in the case of visa refusal or decision to stop the entire application there is a non refundable fee of 400 euros, deduction of accounting fees, invoicing fees, agents pre coaching fees , bank chargers for international payment and related.

Pre coaching guidance from the agent
Visa application process starts
Receiving of the visa decision
Pre coaching guidance on the departure information to Finland
Arrival to Finland
3 weeks integration training on working life, living conditions and related in Finland
Work practice starts in the designated daycare
Language training in a partner organisation (Fees are applicable)
Please note :
Ceci Educare Oy will assist you to get a suitable apartment from the partner company to make your stay in Finland easy as getting an apartment can be difficult.
Ceci Educare Oy will also assist you to the venue of your internship program (both places are located in Helsinki, Finland.)
All applicants are obliged to undertake the internship however the partnering companies have the legal rights to discontinue the internship upon breach of contracts and inappropriate working life.
After a visa rejection, you do not need to pay any extra cost for a new application. You still have the chance to reapply and be given same administrative support again until a successful decision is granted. Please note, we will provide all legal documents to aid your visa application, it is your responsibility to make sure all your documents are correct, legal and well prepared to enable a successful visa decision from your side.
